Some highlights from my 30 day challenge .. what I loved about it : the deliciousness and wholesomeness of the food, planning my meals and following it through, the energy and vitality, feeling full of life and happy, and so much more ... I must say I did enjoy a nice hot vege soup after the challenge ....
